Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy therapy that supports relaxation, emotional balance and overall wellbeing. Originating in Japan, the word Reiki translates as “Universal Life Energy” or “Life Force”.

Diane is a Reiki Master with training dating back to 2002. Her sessions provide a calm and nurturing space where the body can settle and restore.
What is Reiki?
Reiki was developed in Japan in the early 20th century by Dr Mikao Usui. It is a structured system of energy work that is passed from practitioner to practitioner through formal training and attunement.

During a session, energy is channelled through the practitioner’s hands to support the body’s natural healing response. Reiki works holistically, supporting physical, emotional and mental wellbeing rather than focusing solely on symptoms.
Reiki is not connected to any religion or belief system and can be received by anyone.
What to Expect
A Reiki session lasts approximately 45-60 minutes. You will remain fully clothed and can either sit comfortably or lie on a treatment couch.

During the session, Diane places her hands gently on or just above different areas of the body. Each position is held for several minutes, allowing the energy to flow and settle.

Many people describe feeling deeply relaxed during treatment. Some notice warmth, tingling or a sense of calm clarity, while others simply experience quiet rest.
